To play casino over under, a player places chips in the ante spot to start and can optionally bet on the bonus. The player is then dealt one card face up and can fold, losing their ante, or declare their three card hand will be over 23 or under 18 by matching the ante. The dealer then deals the remaining cards and the total of the three cards determines if the player or house wins based on being over or under the thresholds, with hands of 18-23 always winning for the house. Payouts are even money except for the bonus which has its own paytable.

2. Step one
The player must place chip(s) in the
spot marked “ante” to start the action.
The bonus may also be played at this
time by placing chips in the spot
marked “bonus.”
The three card total decides all
wagers.
Aces are always worth 11.

3. Step two
After the player sees their first card
they could do one of the following:
Fold and lose their ante and the hand
ends.
Declare their three card total will be
over 23 or under 18 by matching the
ante and placing the chip(s) in the
appropriate spot.
After the player declares the dealer
deals the last two cards.

4. The resolution
After the dealer deals the 2nd and 3rd
cards the three card total decides all
wagers.
18-23 house always wins.
All bets pay even money except the
bonus which pays according to the
paytable being utilized.
