2. What is Bstow?
Bstow lets people donate spare change automatically from everyday
purchases to their nonprofit of choice.
3. 62% of people prefer online giving, but only 7% of donations in the US are made
digitally.
Bstow makes donating easy. With Bstow, people can automatically support
causes they care about every day, and nonprofits benefit from recurring
revenue and increased donor retention.

4. How does Bstow work?
We link up to your credit card, debit card or checking account to round up
each purchase to the nearest whole dollar and donate the difference. For
example, if you make a purchase for $23.17, Bstow rounds up to $24.00 and
donates $0.83.
5. What types of accounts does
Bstow support?
Bstow allows your donors to link up their credit cards and debit cards from US
banks (18,000+ total) and major credit cards.
6. Does Bstow round-up for
transactions made online?
Yes. Because Bstow connects through your credit card, debit card or checking
account, we round up on all transactions made through your linked account,
whether online or at a physical location.
7. How do donors track how
much is donated?
Bstow sends monthly and annual donation receipts via email. Donors can also
login to Bstow at any time to view their roundup totals or send themselves a
donation receipt.
All donations made through Bstow are tax deductible.
8. How will transactions show up
on a donor’s bank statement?
Bstow virtually rounds up their spare change throughout the month. Then we
add it all together and make a donation at the end of the month.
Donors will only have one donation transaction per month. It will show up as
“Bstowapp via MakeMyDonation”
9. How do donors make sure they are
giving within their means?
Donors can set a monthly limit on their donations. The minimum monthly limit
is $5. To choose a monthly limit, go to Bstow’s “Settings” page and select
“Monthly Limit.” Donors can also pause their round-ups at any time.
10. What are Bstow’s processing fees?
Bstow deducts the following fees from the total donation:
11. Bstow uses best practices for major banks to secure information and do not
