She currently works as the Quality & Food Safety Manager for a Lebanese restaurant chain, where she develops and implements food safety programs and audits suppliers. Previously, she worked for the UN on various food safety projects in Lebanon and the region, conducting training workshops and managing projects. She holds a Master's degree in Food Science and Nutrition from the University of Reading.
