Accomplishments (Self Assessment)
I have succussfully completed a PDR, CDR Part 1, CDR Part 2, TRR Part 1 Reviews for the Program Management
Office. I volunteered to take over the DODAF 2.0 Architecture DIV-2s and DIV-3s, that was a year behind. I had
never used there Architecture Data Modeling system before and trained myself how to use it and coorinated
the requirements with the Headquarters Architecture Team and completed all of the Architecture (46 drawings
some with over 1400 lines) in less than 45 business days and I'm training the Amyx Architecture person to do
DODAF 2.0 and DLA Architectures. At the same time I'm coordinating the SRR Release 2.0/TRR Part 2 Brief
briefs and completed 3 DAU courses.
Strengths (Self Assessment)
I do whatever it takes to get the job done, no matter the hours and seek self improvement, while promoting a
team environment for everyone I work with.
Improvement Areas (Self Assessment)
I need more DLA Architecture Training for ARIS and ERwin applications.
Biggest Challenge(s) of Job
These applications are not installed on your laptop and they have to be accessed remotely. There are several
losses of connectivity/access to the system that makes the job 3 times more difficult than normal.
Recommendation/Solution
Install the software on the laptop.
Most Rewarding Aspect of Job
Making recommendations and the Government listening and moving forward making everything run like clock
work.
Ways to Increase or Improve that Aspect
I need more DLA Architecture Training for ARIS and ERwin applications.

I always advice and consult with not just DOD 5000 expertise, but with DLA guidance as well. I completed the
DAI DODAF DIV Architecture, that have not been completed for over a year. While doing this I coordinated two
PM Level TRR and SRR reviews, made recommendations in writing for updates to the SEP / PPP and completed
3 DAU courses to increase my expertise.

I always provide a strong work quality based on DOD 5000 and DLA Guides. For example, attention detail
reminding the SE Lead that if are doing a System Integration Test on February 9, 2015 that you always do your
TRR Part 2, 5 days before and there dates on the slide should be February 6, 2015 and not Jan 5, 2014.

Acquisition, JITC, and OSD interfacing for SEP and PPP requirements along IMS to verify scheduling for
