As Lead Criminal Justice Instructor I taught numerous Associates and Bachelors level criminal justice
classes. I covered all required material from the syllabus I developed while providing stimulating hands on
scenarios, role playing, and analytical engaging discussions about current criminal justice topics and
incidents. .

Working under the Psychology Department I am currently a part-time adjunct professor teaching various
criminal justice classes on line. I am responsible for facilitating the student involvement in a fast paced on-
line class environment ensuring student participation in discussion boards and group projects while
maintaining high academic integrity. I provide ongoing insight from my real life experiences in the
criminal justice field to engage and challenge the students to post information and thoughts of substance for
the message boards. I emphasize professional group dynamics and the importance of being a team player
while the students are engaged in group project assignments.
