2. - I like this style of text because it bulges out
to you, making it stand out more and catching
your attention more.
- This one is not my favourite but I like how it
has a wavy style to it, but I don’t think it
would suit an indie magazine.
3. - This mast head is way too distort and is too
big for a magazine cover, I do like how they
don’t touch and look like how the words have
a set amount of space between each other.
- This mast head is like the one above but
inverted, I too dislike this one as well.
4. - I like how simple this mast head is, this
would work quite well on my magazine
because it doesn't’t take up too much space
and is easy to construct.
- This mast head is a little strange, I say that
because the letter ‘a’ is so much bigger than
the letters from beside it. But I do like how I
have put the word ‘Head’ inside the ‘a’.
5. - This one isnt too good either because the
lettering is way too spaced apart and doesn’t
look too great, as easy as it was to create I
don’t think this would work on an indie
magazine front cover.
- This one is my favourite because it uses 3
colours, the words are easy to see but merge
into each other, I have done this by using the
typography tool in photoshop, I have also
used a white brush to make the ripped look
around the mast head. This would really suit
indie because of the colours and the ripped
effect.
