What Is The Work Of Bank Manager?
The person who takes work from others in an organized way
for achieving organizational goals is called manager similarly
the main purpose of Bank Manager to take work from others.
There are two main branches work under the Bank Manager.

Function Of A Bank Manager:
There are so many functions which are performed by the
manager like planning, organizing, leading etc….. but one of
the main function of manager is Team Management.
Team Management:
In team management the manager manage his team and put
right people at the right place. The work is assigned according
to their ability of a person. Manager motivates to those who are
working good and guide to those who are not working very
well.

Skills Of Bank Manager:
There are three skills compulsory for every manager.
People Management:
The management in which people are put at a right place
and tasks are assigned according to their abilities such type of
a management is called people management. The main
purpose of people management is to distribute people
according to their educational qualification like some people
work on upper lever, some middle level and some on lower
level.
Customer Relationship:
Customer relationship should be strong. It matters a lot in the
skills of manager. It is compulsory for every manager.

A manager should have a good knowledge about his work and
know how about operations and sales branch.

There are so many challenges manager faced during his job like

Rewards:
There are many rewards are given to the managers by the HR
managers or senior managers of the organization in a form of
bonuses, promotions etc…..
