23. Events at The Village of Bedford Walk
Residents at The Village of Bedford Walk have enjoyed activities and
events not only hosted at their home but all over Missouri! They have
attended sporting events, celebrated holidays, traveled the world during
“Cruise Ship Week” and hosted parties and celebrations for friends and
neighbors throughout Columbia.

26. Wellness Challenge
Feel Like a Million
The annual JES Wellness Challenge was held from July 17
through August 25 this year and encouraged employees to
not only log their exercise, but to practice healthy habits to
boost energy!
27. Meal Preparation Classes
Employees gathered in their respective breakrooms to
prepare healthy, make-ahead meals in a jar! The recipes
included breakfast oats and salads to enjoy.
28. Atlanta Walking Group
Employees were encouraged to take 30 minutes to walk
around during the work day. The Atlanta-based employees
formed a walking group, which continued beyond the
Wellness Challenge.
29. Yoga & Pilates Classes
Office and field employees participated in weekly yoga
and Pilates classes that were offered via BlueJeans, some of
which were conducted by our JES Director of Human
Resources, Kerry Eales!
