Introduction
The following itinerary is based on 2 Adults and 2 Children from Cambridge, UK.
This itinerary is based on Children who are aged 8 and 12 and a family that have a
budget of £25,000. Your main aim on this trip is to visit as many ‘Merlin
Entertainments’ Attractions within one month across 4 continents and 6 countries.
This trip is only available for those who have purchased a V.I.P. Merlin Annual
Pass. In addition to these attractions you will also visit a selection of world
heritage.
On this trip you will visit the following continents and countries;

World Heritage Sites
According to The Oxford Dictionary 2016, a world heritage site is ‘a natural or
man-made site, area, or structure recognized as being of outstanding international
importance and therefore as deserving special protection’.
You will visit the following sites on this trip, these include;
Denmark
 Kronborg Castle
The castle at ‘Helsingør (Elsinore) is of immense symbolic value to the
Danish people and played a key role in the history of northern Europe in
the 16th-18th centuries’. The castle is set on the east Denmark coast next to
The Sound (Øresund) which separates Denmark from Sweden. (UNESCO
World Heritage Centre, 2000).
Germany
 Speicherstadt and Kontorhaus District with Chilehaus
This built up urban district located in the city center of Hamburg “is one of
the largest coherent historic ensembles of port warehouses in the world”
(UNESCO World Heritage Centre, 2015).
Italy
 The City of Verona
Is a historic city and was founded in the 1st century B.C. The city plays host
to ‘a remarkable number of monuments from antiquity, the medieval and
Renaissance periods, and represents an outstanding example of a military
stronghold’ (UNESCO World Heritage Centre, 2000).
Malaysia (Singapore)
o Botanic Gardens
Established in 1859 by the Agri-Horticultural Society, 60 acres of land were
transformed from a disused plantation into the popular recreational garden
you see today. The area is the country’s first UNESCO Heritage Site
(Singapore Tourism Board, 2016).

 Australian Convict Sites
The Australian convict sites constitute an outstanding example of the way
in which conventional forced labour and national prison systems were
transformed, in major European nations in the 18th and 19th centuries.
They bear witness to a penitentiary system which had many objectives,
ranging from severe punishment used as a deterrent to forced labour for
men, women and children (UNESCO World Heritage Centre, 2010).
United States of America (Florida)
 Everglades National Park
This site at the southern tip of Florida has been called 'a river of grass
flowing imperceptibly from the hinterland into the sea'. The exceptional
variety of its water habitats has made it a sanctuary for a large number of
birds and reptiles, as well as for threatened species such as the manatee
(UNESCO World Heritage Centre, 2007).

Denmark – 28th

Denmark is a Scandinavian country which is north of Germany. The country sits
on the east side of the North Sea. Additionally Denmark has a population of
5,627,235 (2014). Furthermore Denmark’s current currency is the Danish Krone.
The country is also mostly flat with its highest point being 173 meters above sea
level (Ministry of Foreign Affairs of
Denmark, no date). Denmark’s
Ministry of Foreign Affairs state that
the best thing about living here or
visiting here is that wherever you are,
“you are never far away from the sea”.
During your time in Denmark you will
be staying in Vejle. You will be staying
at the Casa Mundo Bed & Breakfast
apartments. The apartments are a 30 minute
drive from Billund Airport and LEGOLAND.
The apartments offer panoramic views of the
Vejle Fjord. Each morning you will wake up
to a continental breakfast being served in the
onsite café. The apartment in which you will
be staying in will have a private bathroom.
Whilst staying in Denmark you will visit
various attractions. The first stop will be
LEGOLAND in Billund. LEGOLAND Billund
was the first Lego Park to be built and
opened in 1968 (LEGOLAND Windsor Resort,
2009). The park contains various rides and
attractions to suit all the family. In 2016
Ninjago World opens to the public. This new
area development will transport Lego fans in
to the world of Lego Ninja Warriors.
Also whilst in Denmark you will visit the
world heritage site of the Kronborg Castle. The castle is where Shakespeare based
hamlet. You will go on a guided tour of the castle following in Hamlet’s footsteps.
You will drive 2 and half hours from Vejle to reach the castle.

Hamburg, Germany – 1st
August – 5th
August
Hamburg is Germany’s second largest city. The city has a population of 1.7 million
people. Hamburg sits on the River Elbe. In the center of Hamburg there are two
lakes. These lakes play host to water sports. The lakes are surrounded by popular
restaurants, parklands and promenades. Also Hamburg has more than 2,300
bridges, which is more than Venice and Amsterdam put together!
During your time in Hamburg,
Germany you will be staying at the 3
Star ‘Centro Hotel City Gate’. The
hotel is situated in the lively St Georg
District. Hamburg Airport is a 25
Minute drive away from the hotel.
Also the hotel is 550 yards away from
Hamburg Central Train Station. Each
morning you will receive a buffet
breakfast in the hotels restaurant.
Whilst visiting Hamburg you will visit
two Merlin Entertainments attractions.
The Hamburg Dungeon taking you on
a 90 minute journey through 600
years of Hamburg’s murky past
(Merlin Entertainments, 2016). Also you will visit Heide Park resort which is North
Germany’s largest Theme Park. One of the parks signature rides has the title of the
tallest wooden Rollercoaster in Europe at 60 meters high.
You will also visit the World Heritage
site of the Speicherstadt and Kontorhaus
District with Chilehaus. This area is
famous for its 1920’s modernist
architecture. The Chilehaus is at the
heart of the Kontorhaus District. The
building is built to fit an irregular area
between two streets. This building is
said to be like bringing Chicago and New York to Northern Europe. (World
Heritage Site, 2013). You will visit the Speicherstadt museum which tells the story
of district and its history. During WWII a lot of the buildings in the Speicherstadt
were destroyed so a lot of what you see on the tour are reconstructions.

Lake Garda, Italy – 5th
August – 10th
August
Lake Garda is located in northern Italy. Lake Garda is the largest lake in Italy. The
current currency in Italy is the Euro. The beautiful surroundings in which the lake
sits has inspired many artists and authors. With the pleasant climate, colorful
countryside, the many historical places of interest and the hospitable people, make
Lake Garda one of the most famous holiday destinations (Hotel Direct, 1997).
Throughout your stay at Lake Garda you
will be staying at the Relais La Zerla.
Surrounded by olive trees and vineyards
this 19th century country house is still a
working farm which is 1.9 miles away from
Bardolino. Each day you will receive
breakfast being served in the breakfast
room consisting of eggs, cold cuts, cereal
and fruit. The grounds in which the house
sits is equipped with sun loungers and parasols.
You will visit two Merlin Entertainment Attractions
whilst staying in Italy. You will visit Garda-Land
Resort. Garda-Land resort is the number one
amusement park in Italy. In 2005 Forbes magazine
placed Garda-Land as the 5th best amusement park in
the world (Vanni, 2016). New for 2016 is the ‘Kung Fu
Panda Academy’ (Merlin Entertainments, 2016).
Whilst staying in Italy, you will also visit the
historic world heritage site the city of Verona. On
the 8th August you will venture on a 90 minute
tour of this infamous city. Your tour will start at
13.15 at Castelvecchio. You will be taken to the
Capulet house hold from the story of Romeo and
Juliet. Your tour will conclude at the stunning
roman amphitheater in the heart of the city. This
tour will be led by Verona Tours (Verona Tours,
2013).

Singapore, Malaysia – 11th
August – 15th
August
Singapore is an island not of just one but 63. Singapore is also known as one of the
greenest and eco-friendly cities in the world. The city is described as one of Asia’s
economic tigers. The city has a population of 5.3 million people. The currency in
Singapore is Singapore dollar.
Throughout your stay in Singapore
you will be staying at the four star
Novotel Clarke Quay. This hotel
offers its guests amazing views of
marina bay and the Singapore city
skyline. The hotel has an outdoor
swimming pool in which hotel
guests can relax in. The hotel also
has a fitness center for those who
want to keep in shape whilst on
holiday. Each morning you will
wake up to a buffet breakfast at The Square restaurant which overlooks the
Singapore skyline

You will visit two Merlin
attractions whilst visiting
Singapore. You will visit
Madame Tussaud’s Singapore.
This attraction is the first of its
kind to contain a boat ride. The attraction has all the Hollywood stars but also
includes many Asian super stars. You will also be venturing to LEGOLAND
Malaysia. This LEGOLAND is a theme park and
Waterpark. 2 Days will be spent here.
Whilst in Singapore you will visit the infamous
Botanic Gardens. This is a must see for tourists who
visit Singapore. Each Core presents an exciting array
of attractions. Take your time to stroll around the
Gardens and enjoy the wonderful sights, sounds and
wonders the luscious greenery offers (National Parks Board, 2016).

Sydney, New South Wales – 16th

Sydney is Australia’s most famous harbor city. Sydney is in Eastern Australia in the
state of New South Wales. The harbor city is also the New South Wales capital.
Sydney is famous for its beaches such as ‘Bondi Beach’ and ‘Coogee Beach’. Sydney
currency is Australian Dollars.
When visiting Sydney you will be staying at the
Ultimate Apartments Bondi Beach. These stunning
apartments are an 8 minutes’ drive from the famous
Bondi Beach. Apartment guests have access to an
outdoor swimming pool and hot tub. The
accommodation is on a self-catered board basis.
These apartments contain microwave, dishwasher
and fully kitchen equipped. Sydney’s City Centre is
just a 10 minutes’ drive away too.
Whilst visiting Sydney you will visit
Madame Tussaud’s Sydney, Sea Life
Centre Sydney, WILD LIFE Sydney Zoo,
and Sydney Tower. Madame Tussaud’s
Sydney lets you get up close and
personal with all the stars. At Sea Life
Centre Sydney get up close to some of
Australia’s sea creatures. WILD LIFE
Sydney zoo is Australia’s animal
adventure park. This zoo plays host to
Australia’s most bizarre and amazing
creatures in which you can get up close and
personal with. The Sydney Tower Eye includes a
mind boggling 4D experience and Skywalk at
the top of the tower. The tower is 1013.78 feet
high.
Also in Sydney you will visit the World Heritage
Site of Cockatoo Island Convict Site. You will
embark on an audio tour telling you about the
lives of the incarcerated criminals who were
sent to Cockatoo Island (Sydney Harbour
Federation Trust, 2016).

Florida, United States of America – 22nd

August
Florida is known as the Sunshine State of America.
Situated in south eastern America, the state sits in
between the Atlantic Ocean and The Gulf of
Mexico. Florida is known for its long beaches and
its theme parks. Walt Disney World and Universal
Studios both sit in central Florida. Orlando
Currency is US Dollar.
When staying in Florida you will be staying at the
LEGOLAND Florida hotel in Orlando. You will be
stopping over for 4 nights in Captain
Brickbeards cabin. The rooms décor
is resemble a pirate’s first mates
cabin. The room has a king size bed
and bunk beds. Crack the code in the
room to claim the Lego loot! Also
gain access each day to theme park
before anybody else. Each night there
is live entertainment in the main
restaurant of the hotel.
Whilst in Florida you will spend 2 days at
LEGOLAND Florida resort and Waterpark. Also you
will spend a day in Orlando visiting Madame
Tussaud’s, Sea-life and The Orlando Eye. At
LEGOLAND Florida ‘Awesome Awaits’ with over 50
attractions available (LEGOLAND Florida, 2016). At
Madame Tussaud’s Orlando get up close and personal
with famous celebrities. At the Orlando Eye

you will dive deep into Sea-Life Orlando where you will observe various sea

tour of the everglades by Airboat. The tour will take 4 hours and include an
alligator wrestling show to conclude the tour. You will drive from Orlando to

Blackpool, United Kingdom 26th

Blackpool is ‘Britain’s favorite seaside resort’. The town is situated in North West
England. Blackpool is home to the world famous Blackpool Tower and Pleasure
Beach. The resort is also famous for its 3 piers, South, Central and North. The
resort plays host too many attractions that cater for all types of people.
You will be staying at Morgan’s on

situated between The Blackpool
Tower and The Pleasure Beach.

Further up the promenade you will once again rub shoulders with famous
celebrities at Madame Tussaud’s Blackpool. Finally you will sink into Sea-Life
Blackpool and experience the new interactive Jurassic Seas exhibit.

Day One – Arrival in Billund, Denmark - 28th
July 2016
Arrive at London Stanstead Airport for 5.20 am for
check in. You will be flying out with Ryanair to
Billund Denmark with an approximate arrival time of
9.55 am.
At 11am you will collect a five door ford focus estate
from Rental Car Hire. This will be your vehicle for
the time you are in Denmark. The car is fitted with a
Sat Nav. You will then drive 30 minutes from Billund
Airport to Casa Mundo Bed & Breakfast Apartments
in Vejle and check in.
You will unpack suitcases etc and relax for the rest of
the afternoon at your own leisure.
For dinner we recommend the Taverna Hellas in Vejle. The restaurant serves both
Mediterranean and Greek delicacies. The restaurant is rated 4 star on trip advisor
with a certificate of excellence.
Day Two – Legoland Billund - 29th July 2016
Awake and head for breakfast. Arrive at
LEGOLAND Billund for 10 am when
park opens. LEGOLAND Billund closes
at 8pm, which leaves plenty of time to
experience all the attractions and
shows on offer. Whilst at LEGOLAND
Billund experience Polar X-Plorer a
rollercoaster with a 5 metre free fall
drop, also experience Ghost – The
haunted House with an 8 metre free
fall drop and finally experience Ninjago
The ride new for 2016. Enjoy a medieval feast at the Knight’s
Restaurant. VIP Annual Pass Holders gain free entry into
this attraction. Return back to Casa Mundo Bed & Breakfast
Apartments and spend the evening at own leisure.

Week 1 – 28th July 2016 – 4th August 2016 – Continued
Day Three – Moesgaard Viking Moot – 30th July 2016
Breakfast being served at Casa Mundo Bed and Breakfast apartments.
You will then drive for one hour to Moesgaard
Beach, Aarhus watch the Viking moot. This is the
world’s oldest Viking market. Most people
associate this event as spectacular and impressive.
You will need to arrive at the event location
around 11 am. Once at the event there is a small
fee of 50 Danish Krone per adult, which is the
equivalent of £5.23. Children under the age of 18
enter the event space free of charge. The Moot
finishes around 5pm (Moesgaard Viking Moot, no
date).
You are then free at your own leisure to look around Aarhus and visit the local
area. Open until 8pm is Tivoli Friheden an amusement park
just outside Aarhus.
There are various eateries in Aarhus for you to choose from to
eat at. We recommend Jacobs Bar BBQ. With a trip advisor
rating of 4 stars, why wouldn’t you want to eat here? After
dinner head back to Casa Mundo Bed and Breakfast
apartments.
Day Four – UNESCO Kronburg Castle – 31st July 2016
Early start to today. Breakfast to be served. Leave Casa Mundo Bed and Breakfast
apartments by 8.30 am and head to Kroneburg Castle.
Arrive at Kronburg Castle by midday. You will venture on
a guided tour taking in the sights of the castle at 12.30.
You will follow in the steps of Shakespeare’s Hamlet. The
guided tour will take 40 minutes to complete. After the
guided tour you are free to explore the castle at your own
leisure. At 3.30pm you will head back to Casa Mundo Bed
and Breakfast apartments. Expected arrival is 6.30pm. You
will spend the evening tucking into a BBQ at the apartments and enjoy your last
night in Denmark.

Day Five – Arrival in Hamburg, Germany - 1st August 2016
Enjoy Breakfast at Casa Mundo Bed and Breakfast
apartments and leave the apartments by 9am. Drive to
Copenhagen international. Flight to Hamburg is scheduled
for 2.30pm departure. You will arrive in Hamburg Airport
Germany for 3.30pm. From 4pm you will able to collect the
Skoda Fabia Combi car (Europcar, 2016), you will use this
car to get around Germany.
You will check in at approximately 5.30pm at Centro Hotel
City Gate, in Hamburg. You can enjoy the rest of the
evening at your own leisure.
We recommend Phillips Restaurant for food, No.1
restaurant in Hamburg according to TripAdvisor. One comment reads ‘the food is
to die for’.
Day Six – Heide Park Resort – 2nd August 2016
After being served breakfast
you will leave Centro Hotel
City Gate at 8.30 am and head
to Heide Park Resort for
opening.
Heide Park Resort is situated
50 minutes from the hotel.
The park opens at 10 am and
closes at 6pm. The park has a
mix of family friendly rides.
New for 2016 is the How to
Train Your Dragon Island. Heide Park resort has various
signature attractions such as Colossus Europe’s Highest
and fastest wooden rollercoaster. Also experience
Germanys first dive coaster ‘Krake’. There are various
eateries available at Heide Park to choose from. After
park close at 6pm, you will venture back to Hamburg and enjoy the rest of the

Day Six – Hamburg City Centre – 3rd August 2016
After Breakfast you will venture into Hamburg
City Centre. You will take in all the sights of this
world famous port. At 10.45 am you will do a
Tour of Hamburg on steamboat St. Georg which
is the oldest operational vessel in Hamburg
(Hamburg Tourism, 2016). The tour will take 45
minutes taking you to the Inner Alster and under
the Lombard Bridge followed by the passing over
Alster Lake. After this scenic tour you venture to
Hamburg Dungeon.
At the Hamburg Dungeon enjoy 90 minutes of
‘orrible’ storytelling and 2 exciting rides. Your
tour will begin at 2pm and finish just before
3.30pm. The attraction has an age
recommendation of 10 years plus, but its scary
fun.
You are then free to enjoy the rest of Hamburg at your own leisure. We
recommend the Meatery Bar and Restaurant, TripAdvisor awards this eatery 4 and
a half stars and a certificate of excellence.
Day Seven – UNESCO Speicherstadt and Kontorhaus District with
Chilehaus – 4th August 2016
After breakfast you will endure the Speicherstadt and
HafenCity Tour. You will take in the spirit of Hamburg's
merchants, who flock to the Speicherstadt, and you will
also experience modern architecture in the HafenCity.
The tour will take approximately 150 minutes. You are
booked to begin the tour at 11am. After this tour you are
to take in the sights of Hamburg via a Hop on Hop off sightseeing tour bus. The
full tour is one and half hours. You are then free to enjoy the rest of Hamburg at
your own leisure. We recommend Coast by East & Enoteca. This restaurant serves
up Japanese dishes and Middle Eastern cuisines. The restaurant has 4 and a half
star rating as well as certificate of excellence according to TripAdvisor.

Day Eight – Arrival in Lake Garda, Italy – 5th August 2016
4.30am pack up cases and head to check out of hotel. You need to
arrive at Hamburg Airport for check in from 6am. You will drop
the car back at Europcar Hamburg Aiport.
You will be flying out to Cologne Germany at 8.40am there is then
a 2 hour and 40 minute wait for the connecting flight to Verona
Italy at 12.05 you will arrive at Verona International airport at
1.30pm. You will collect a Fiat Doblo outside the airport at 2.30pm.
You will drive half an hour to Relais La Zerla in Bardolino. Your
expected check in time is 3.30pm. Unpack and enjoy the rest of the

restaurant serves traditional Italian food whilst looking out of the

Day Nine – Movieland Park – 6th August 2016
You will wake up to a buffet style breakfast at the Relais La Zerla.
You will leave the apartments at 10am and head to Movieland Park.
Your expected to arrive at the entrance for 10.30am. Movieland
Park is located in Fossalta. The park has many exciting and
thrilling attractions such as the infamous Hollywood Tower freefall
drop ride. The Park also contains various live action shows such as
‘Flashdance Show’, ‘Magma 2.1’ and the ‘John Rambo Stunt show’.
In the evening you will eat at the Rock star Café.
You will arrive back at the Relais La Zerla in Bardolino around
10.30pm.

Day Ten – UNESCO Verona City Tour – 7th August 2016
You will wake up again to a buffet breakfast provided by Relais La Zerla.
You will leave at 11.30am and head to Verona City. At
13.15am you are booked on a special guided tour through
the city of Verona. You will follow the trail of the local
history, be amazed by Roman excavations, enchanting
medieval courtyards and by the windy riverbanks and
finally the tour will take you to the Capulet household.
The tour will take Approximately 90 minutes.
After the tour you are free at your own leisure to explore
the local amenities on offer in ‘fair Verona’.
We recommend Casa Perbellini with a TripAdvisor
rating of 4 and a half stars, this traditional Italian eatery
is ‘a truly unforgettable gourmet experience’.
Day Eleven –Gardaland Resort – 8th August
2016
You will awake to a buffet breakfast provided by Relais
La Zerla.
You will leave the hotel at 9am and head south to
Gardaland Resort for park opening at 10am. The park is
open until 11.00pm that evening. In the evening
spectacular shows and performances take center stage at
Gardaland Resort. There are various eateries at
Gardaland resort to dive into. Many attractions are also
at home in Gardaland, these include ‘The Blue Tornado’,
Oblivion – The Black Hole’ and ‘Raptor’. New for 2016,
check out Kung Fu Panda Academy.
After Park close head back to Relais La Zerla.

Day Eleven – Mounte Baldo and Malcesine – 9th August 2016
You will wake up again to a Scrumptious Breakfast at Relais
La Zerla.
Today you will head north of Bardolino to Malcesine at 11 am.
Visiting Malcesine you will venture on a Cable Way to the
top of Lake Garda’s largest mountain. The cable car will take
you up 1,800 meters up Monte Baldo. The journey will take
approximately 20 minutes each way. When at the top there
are great hiking experiences to be had.
You will return back to Malcesine for 4pm. You are then free
to enjoy Malcesine amenities.
Day Twelve – Flights to Singapore – 10th August 2016
Flying from Verona International Airport to Singapore takes 20 hours. Your
journey will take a day to reach its destination. You have two stops Rome and UAE
(United Arab Emirates). You will check out of
Relais La Zerla at 4.30 am and head to Verona
International Airport. You will return the car
to Rental Car. Your flight departs Verona at
7.30 am and arrives in Rome at 8.30 am.
You then have a 2 hour and 50 minute wait
until your flight to the UAE (United Arab
Emirates) is due. At 11.20am your flight is
ready for departure. You will arrive at Abu
Dubai at 7.10pm. Your connecting flight to
Singapore is ready for boarding at 10.05pm, there are facilities available on the
flight to Singapore such as an evening meal and sleeping arrangements.

Day Thirteen – Arrival in Singapore – 11th August 2016
You will arrive in Singapore at 9.55 am. Once arrived you will get the Mass Rapid
Transit system (MRT) to . Once checked in you can enjoy the rest of your day your
own leisure.
We recommend the Dragon Phoenix restaurant. This restaurant serves traditional
Chinese dishes and has a rating of 4 stars on TripAdvisor.

Day Fourteen – LEGOLAND Malaysia– 12th August 2016
You will wake up to a buffet breakfast provided by
the Novotel Clarke Quay Hotel.
Today you will venture to LEGOLAND Malaysia.
You will leave the hotel at 8.30 am, you are booked
on the 9am Singapore flyer coach to LEGOLAND.
You will arrive at LEGOLAND for opening time of
10 am. You will experience both the LEGOLAND
theme park and Waterpark. The theme park is
open until 7pm whilst the waterpark remains open
until 9pm. However your coach is due to return at
6.45pm. LEGOLAND has many eateries to choose
from.
You will arrive back in Singapore at 8pm. You are
free to enjoy the evening at your own leisure.
Day Fifteen – Singapore City –13th August 2016
You will wake up to a buffet breakfast provided by the
Novotel Clarke Quay Hotel.
Today you will see the sights of Singapore. You will leave the
hotel at 11 am. Your first stop today is a visit to Madame
Tussaud’s Singapore. You will arrive here around 11.45 am.
You will the attraction at approximately 2.30pm. You are
then going to head to the Singapore Flyer. The attraction is
the world’s tallest Wheel outside of the United States. You
will gain free entry in the journey of dreams. The rotation
will take 30 minutes. The Journey of dreams will take
another 30 minutes to.
After this experience you are free to explore Singapore at
your own leisure.

Week 3 – 12th
Day Sixteen – UNESCO Botanic Gardens –14th
August 2016
You will wake up to a buffet breakfast provided by the
Novotel Clarke Quay Hotel.
Today you will visit the infamous Botanic Gardens in
Singapore. You will arrive at the gardens around 11 am and
enjoy splendor walks through the gardens, looking at the
artifacts and shrubbery. After exploring the gardens you will
take a trip on the Singapore Cable way, getting panoramic
views of Singapore.
After this you will return to the Novotel Clarke Quay Hotel
and check out. You will head to Singapore Airport via MRT
at 9.30pm.
Day Seventeen – Flights to Australia –15th
August 2016
Your flight to Sydney Australia is departing at 1.45 am.
You arrive in Sydney at 11.15 am.
After your flight you get the T2 train Inner West & South
Line towards City Circle via Museum. You will then
change at Sydney Central Station and get the T4 Eastern
Suburbs & Illawarra Line towards Bondi Junction. Leave
the train at Bondi Junction. You will then get a taxi to the
Ultimate Apartments Bondi Beach. Your estimated
arrival time is 1pm.
You can enjoy the rest of the day at your own leisure.
We do recommend eating at Hurricane’s Grill Bondi
Beach. TripAdvisor have given this restaurant 4 stars and
a certificate of excellence.

Week 3 – 12th
Day Eighteen – Bondi Beach Surfing Lessons –16th August 2016
As there is no breakfast available in the apartments.
You will hit the local supermarket and purchase
food for the number of days you are here in
Australia.
Today you will awake to a trip to Bondi Beach. At
12pm you will enjoy a day’s lesson in surf boarding.
2 x surf lessons with our level 1 accredited coaches
(around 4.5hours of surf time). All surfboards and
wet suits are included. You will enjoy a delicious
Beach BBQ. All transfers to the locations are
included and finally you will experience the Wild
life and scenery of the Royal National Park.
You will return to you apartment at 6pm for dinner
and the rest of the evening you can enjoy at your
own leisure.
Day Nineteen – Merlin Sydney –17th August 2016
You will awake around 9am and cook breakfast. After breakfast you will catch the
T4 train towards the Eastern Suburbs & Illawarra Line towards
Waterfall via Wolli Creek from Bondi junction. You will leave
the train at Martin Place Station.
You will first head to the Sydney Tower Eye and enjoy the 4D
Cinema followed by the SKYWALK. After this experience you
will head to Sydney WILDLIFE Zoo. At 4pm you will head to
Madame Tussaud’s Sydney and enjoy this world famous
Attraction.
At 6pm you will head for dinner and enjoy the rest of the
evening at your own enjoyment.
We recommend the Sydney Aquarium Restaurant. Dine next
to the marine life and venture through the shark tunnel. This restaurant has a 4
star rating on trip advisor and a certificate of excellence.

Week 3 – 12th
Day Twenty – UNESCO Cockatoo Island –18th August 2016
You will awake around 9pm and cook breakfast. After breakfast you will catch the
T4 train towards the Eastern Suburbs & Illawarra Line
towards Waterfall via Wolli Creek from Bondi junction.
You will leave the train at Town Hall Station. You will
then walk to Darling Harbor and catch the ferry to
Cockatoo Island. You will arrive here for 12pm.
Once on the Island you will explore this heritage site by
listening to audio headsets provided by the federation
reserve.
After this you will head back to downtown Sydney and
enjoy the rest of the day at your own leisure.
We recommend eating at the Waterfront Grill Café.
According to Trip advisor this restaurant has a trip
advisor rating of 4 stars and a Certificate of Excellence
serving Seafood and Barbecue dishes.
Day Twenty One – Last Day Down Under – 19th August 2016
Today is your last day in Sydney Australia. You
will awake around 10am and cook breakfast. After
breakfast you will catch the T4 train towards the
Eastern Suburbs & Illawarra Line towards
Waterfall via Wolli Creek from Bondi junction.
You will leave the train at Martin Place Station.
You will visit SEALIFE Sydney and enjoy this city
at your own leisure.
We recommend eating at Café Sydney. This café
overlooks the Sydney Harbor Bridge and has a
TripAdvisor rating of 4 and a half stars. The café
also has a certificate of excellence serving
European and Aboriginal food.

August 2016
Day Twenty Two –Flights to Florida – 20th August 2016
You will awake around 5.30am and cook breakfast.
After breakfast you will catch the T2 train Inner East
& North Line. You will need to arrive at Sydney
Kingsford Smith Airport for 7am for check in. Your
flight from Sydney is due for departure at 9.50am
and will arrive in Los Angeles at 6.30 am the same
day. You will change here with a 2 hour 30 minute
wait. Your connecting flight from Los Angeles to
Florida will depart at 9 am and arrive at Orlando
International at 5.05pm.
Once arrived in Orlando you will collect a Nissan
Versa Sedan Car from outside the airport. You will
head to LEGOLAND Florida Resort and check in.
You will enjoy the rest of the evening at your own
leisure.
Day Twenty Three –LEGOLAND Florida – 21st August 2016
You will awake to a Buffet Style breakfast in the LEGOLAND hotel. After you will
head into the Theme Park and enjoy its amazing attractions.
The theme park is open from 10am until 7pm. You will then
dine in the LEGOLAND Hotel Restaurant after your
‘Awesome’ day in the park and enjoy the rest of the evening
at your own leisure.

Week 4 – 20th August 2016 – 28th August 2016 - Continued
Day Twenty Four – Merlin Orlando – 22nd August 2016
You will wake up at 9am and head down to the restaurant for a Buffet Style
breakfast in the LEGOLAND hotel.
You will then venture out into
Orlando and visit ‘The Orlando Eye’
and eye-popping 4D Cinema
experience, Madame Tussaud’s and
SEALIFE Orlando. You will then
return to LEGOLAND Resort Florida
and hit the waterpark.
The evening is then free do what you
wish.
Day Twenty Five – The Everglades Excursion – 23rd August 2016
You will wake up at 6.00am and head down to the restaurant for a buffet Style
breakfast in the LEGOLAND hotel.
You will arrive at the Everglades Tour
for 10am. You tour will take 4 hours
on a thrilling Air Boat ride across the
Vast swampland. You will be on the
lookout for alligators. After your
exciting ride you will watch the
alligator wrestling show.
You will then drive to Miami Beach
and enjoy the rest of the evening
there.
You will then head back to LEGOLAND Florida and settle for the rest of the night
here.
Day Twenty Six –Leisure day – 24th August 2016
Today you will enjoy the day at your own leisure, whether that will be visiting the
beach or LEGOLAND Theme Park.

Day Twenty Seven – Flight to Manchester – 25th August 2016
You will head down to the buffet breakfast at 10.30 am.
You will leave LEGOLAND Florida at 12pm and head to
Orlando International to catch the flight to Manchester
at 4.35pm. You will be flying premium class. You will
arrive at Manchester Airport at 6.00am on 26th August.
Day Twenty Eight – Arrival in Blackpool –
26th August 2016
You will arrive at Manchester airport at 6.00am. Your
train from Manchester Airport to Blackpool will departs
at 9.29 am. You will be travelling first class. You will
arrive in Blackpool at 11.03. You will then hop on a tram
to central pier and check in to Morgan’s on the
Promenade Hotel. You are then free to enjoy the rest of
the day at your own leisure.
Week 4 – 20th August 2016 – 28th August 2016 – Continued
Day Twenty Nine – Merlin Blackpool – 27th August 2016
Today you will awake to a full English breakfast at Morgan’s on
the promenade hotel. Today you will visit The Blackpool
Tower Eye and jaw dropping 4D Cinema. You will then venture
into the depths of the Blackpool Tower Dungeon. As a VIP
Pass holder you will receive a free Dungeon souvenir guide
book and a free drink in the Hangman’s Tavern. You will also
take a spin in the world famous Blackpool Tower Ballroom and
enjoy afternoon tea. You will then sit in the VIP Royal box at
the world famous Blackpool Tower Circus and get
complimentary drinks and snacks.

Day Thirty – London Bound – 28th August 2016
Today you will awake to a full English breakfast
at Morgan’s on the promenade hotel. You will
check out the hotel at 10am and the hotel will
keep your bags whilst you visit the remainder of
the attractions. Today you will visit Madame
Tussaud’s Blackpool, SEA LIFE Blackpool and
Blackpool Tower Jungle Jim’s.
At 4pm you will collect your belongings and
head to the train station. Your train journey will
take 5hours and 40 minutes to Cambridge
station. You have to change at Preston and
Birmingham New Street. You arrive in
Cambridge at 10.07pm
