3. The Plan
Product name: M&M’s
Target Audience: I’m focusing on a younger generation. I tried to make
this logo more colorful and playful than the original design. The target
audience is also candy and chocolate lovers,
History: M & M’s. M&M’s were founded in 1941 and are owned by mars
candy company. More than 400 million M&M’s are produced everyday in
The US. M&Ms started when forest Mars formed a bond and partnership
with Bruce murrie. Hence the M&M.
Mars got the idea from the british candy called “smarties” which are
generally the same idea. My idea for this plan was to create a fun in-
teractive design here. I wanted it to adhere to a younger generation
here so I went with a quirky color scheme. The cholor scheme here is
a monocromatic blue. I went with dark blue, baby blue, and green.
