• JP is a Banking Executive, Advisor and Leadership coach, focusing on
Business and People Transformation. He has over 15 years-
experience in flagship businesses at some of the largest banks and
professional service companies in the world, as well as SMEs and
start-ups.
• JP Co-founded VCC UK, which is a cross-functional mastermind of
consultants that use the proprietary VCC Tool-kit with entrepreneurs
and management teams to develop, execute and scale products and
companies.
• VCC is now collaborating with an Oxford PhD alumnus on a spin-off
company called Golden Eggs that will use artificial intelligence and
