• The City of Shakopee experienced significant industrial activity during Q2 2015. Amazon highlighted the
activity, confirming that it will enter the Twin Cities industrial market with an 820,000-square-foot fulfillment
center to be constructed on a 69-acre site, and a 162,000-square-foot package sorting facility at an existing
building. Elsewhere, Polaris Industries signed a 870,000-square-foot lease at a former Kmart distribution
center and AmerisourceBergen announced a 216,000-square-foot build-to-suit within Valley Park Business
Center.
