1. JASWIN JOY MICLE
Habshan, Abu Dhabi 20/01/2016
I have two years worth of experience in the construction field of the Oil & Gas sector in Abu
Dhabi with an professional qualification of Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering.
While growing up in Dubai, I was exposed to the construction industry from an early age. I am
quite interested in acquiring knowledge in various areas of the discipline, especially those related
to site engineering and design works. I believe it will lay the foundation of my knowledge base
as I progress forwards. Most often design engineers and site engineers have conflicts regarding
the approved drawings for particular sections of the work which is entirely based on ensuring the
suitability of the site in implementing the construction activity.
The construction industry is a booming sector for future growth everywhere in the world as there
is a need for infrastructure with the changing times on a periodical basis. As such I would like to
stay with the times and changing attitude of the industry by ensuring I have a good understanding
of international standards of construction.
I believe learning is an integral part of moving ahead and I don’t mind switching fields in the
sector. I would like to ensure proper exposure to core construction values and ethics. The Oil &
Gas sector has given me a good understanding of the QHSE and QA/QC aspects of the
construction industry.
I enjoy travelling and am willing to work abroad. While my experience is limited I believe I can
contribute a lot more while simultaneously learning and acquiring new knowledge. I am a
conscientious person who is willing to work well and pay attention to detail. I'm flexible, capable
in picking up new skills and eager to learn from others. I believe new ideas and enthusiasm
ensure will ensure great strides are taken in the course of any work.
My interests lie in the areas of quantity surveying, estimation & costing, contracts engineering,
safety and sustainable development and design engineering.
In case you do not have any suitable openings at the moment, I would be grateful if you would
keep my CV on file for any future possibilities.
Yours faithfully,
Jaswin Joy Micle.
