Annual Employment Round
Table of Southern California* Educational Conference. Leading experts in California and Federal laws impacting
employment will present the most current legislative information in this all-day program. Presentations are
structured to increase awareness for participants who develop or administer policies in their organizations that are
designed to maintain harassment and discrimination-free environments; ensure ethical and legal workplace
investigations; and promote employee satisfaction and retention. In addition, the 2016 Leadership Awards for
"Civil Rights" and "Workplace Diversity" will be presented at the celebration luncheon to deserving business
community members. The conference registration fee of $140 includes ALL educational sessions, materials, and
