• Supported production of 48 spare engines with inspections and maintenance resulting in a 110% preservation rate
for conflict ready engines.Facilitated 3rd Wing’s Lockheed Martin F-22 Raptor 9.9k flight hours for FY14.
• Collaborated with Pratt & Whitney employees during a low observable inspection and performed 20 engine
inspections in 2 days. Fortified sustainment efforts for the Lockheed Martin F-22 Raptor’s stealth technology.
• Diagnosed faulty Pratt & Whitney F119 engine gearbox and replaced contaminated engine accessory gearbox.
Secured rate of engine reliability for run-ups by 98.5%
• Teamed with Air Force and Lockheed Martin depot engineers to tear down and inspect engine nozzle modules for
burn through anomaly. Data acquired from inspections was utilized Air Force wide.
• Assisted the Air Force Office of Transformational Innovation with inspections of 46 nozzle segments for proper
installation to help deter a Class A mishap.
• Improved bench stock search inquiry by developing a digitized catalog of 3.9k parts.Raised production of spare
engines by 50%
• Led team members by splitting up 128 maintenance actions and assigning each colleague a fair amount of tasks
that resulted in the production of 14 engines and 5 modules. Helped secure 3rd Wing’s Lockheed Martin F-22
Raptor 2.3K flight hours in 4Q15.
• Load tested and inspected 15 engine slings in-house and across 3rd Maintenance Group.
• Managed support equipment; controlled, inspected,and maintained 1.8k pieces valued at $3.8m.
• Coordinated chemical authorization list and controlled 144 different chemicals for engine maintenance.
• Integrated a strict hazardous waste accumulation and disposalplan to comply with EPA, OSHA, Emergency
Planning, Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA), and Air Force Occupational Safety & Health (AFOSH)
standards leading to a 100% pass rate on quarterly inspections.
• Significantly lowered rate of mishaps by 90% through training employees on personalprotective equipment (PPE),
chemical use and waste, and updating safety data sheets.
• Completed daily and weekly inspections on hazardous waste accumulation points to assure the integrity of every
container. Coordinated with local hazardous waste department for pick up and drop off of accumulation containers.
