ENGINEER Installed, maintained and repaired main processing plants, heating and ventilation systems and other
mechanical and electrical in equipment and docks. Evaluated operation of equipment during acceptance testing and
shakedown cruises. Installed, maintained and repaired processing equipment, including fillet machine, conveyors, heading
machines, and packaging equipment. Installed, maintained and repaired ammonia and Freon refrigeration/freezing
equipment, (including rotary air compressors, condensers and related equipment, piping and valves), blast freezers,brine
tanks and chiller boxes. Fabricated and installed tubing, piping, and hoses; installed, serviced and rebuilt pumps and
motors; installed and serviced equipment and installed; stocked and inventoried parts; installed, serviced and rebuilt
valves and develop some welding project with TIG and SMAW.
