Digital marketing is the use of digital products like computers, phones, mobile apps,
and websites to promote different products and services.
● Online Ads- Youtube ads and Ads through apps
● Influencer Marketing- Brand collaboration and Paid partnerships
● Digital Campaigning
4E Framework
There have been many changes to the way we market, especially how we
communicate with customers. We have realized that traditional marketing the
world has known for so long may not be as successful as it once was. The new
objectives of digital marketing can be described using 4E framework.
4E Framework
● Excite The Customer- Companies excite their customers through digital
offers and mobile apps. They share information relevant to the target
customer through previously gathered information.
● Educate The Customer- A call to action is the best way to educate
customers through digital marketing, this draws the customer in and
gives marketer the opportunity to educate and persuade.
● Experience The Product- The offer of experience based learning that was
previously only available through buying a product. EX- Youtube
tutorials.
● Engage The Customer- Companies engage their customers by interactive
social media tools. Engagement brings action and an eventual sale.
7C Online Marketing
These seven critical elements keep blogs and websites up to date with marketing
strategies.

Core Goals- Goals are the building
blocks of any marketing strategy.
Contextual Elements- The design of
website and how easy it is to navigate.
Content- The information is a crucial
part of a website.
Community- How customers can
interact with the community through
websites and blogs.
Communication- How a firm can engage

Commerce- How people make purchases
on websites.
Connection- How the website engages
customers and keeps them coming back.
How to Drive Social Media Engagement
The wheel of social media highlights the
five factors that keep social media unique
and allow for engagement. This wheel
takes into account the importance of
engagement and takes into account current
information allowing for better targeted
marketing.
Influencer Marketing
The use of well-known names to market products for companies. These companies
hire social media influencers or popular leaders to promote their brand. This is a very
effective form of marketing because it allows products to potentially reach millions
