IMPROVING THE ORGANIZATIONAL

Develop an integrated and continuously improving
organizational business process workflow, determine
the process risk(s), which may exist, identify the
appropriate control points, define manual processes
and automate them.
The following benefits are gained:
Improve process quality,
Improve customer satisfaction,
Continuous process improvement,
Reduce cost.
OBJECTIVES
WHY?
In the global world, the organizations
should improve their organizational
maturity in order to:
Survive in the competitive environment,
Develop new products and/or services,
Improve the existing products and/ or
services,
Meet the customer requirements,
Increase customer satisfaction,
Employee loyalty.
The strategy of this project is to improve the organizational
maturity through developing organizational business process
workflow based on Capability Maturity Model (CMM), one of
the first of the models and developed by Software
Engineering Institute for software development.
“The model consists of the description of recommended
practices in key areas and the definition of maturity
levels.” (Rohrbeck, 2010, p.6)

Conduct kick – off meeting
Review the existing business process workflows
Assess the existing business process workflows
Determine the maturity of them as using the maturity
levels and checklist
Determine the target organizational maturity
Plan the project to achieve this
Manage the project
Achieve the target organizational maturity
