CBRE|Raleigh Announces Sale of Regency Creek I in Cary
Raleigh, NC – January 29, 2015 - CBRE|Raleigh is pleased to announce Duke Realty
Corporation has sold Regency Creek I at 12040 Regency Parkway in Cary, NC to
Intercontinental Real Estate Corporation headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts.
Located in the Regency Park development, Regency Creek I is a 4-story, 122,087 SF Class A
office building built in 2007. The building is 100% leased and serves as the North American
headquarters for ABB, one of the world’s leaders in power and automation technology.
Regency Creek I is located within the Town of Cary, a town characterized by affluent
neighborhoods, excellent schools, and convenient access to major employers and recreational
amenities. Cary’s demographics are amongst the highest of any neighborhood in the
Southeast.
