Along with the dramatic changes in infrastructure;
the dynamics of employment, social interaction, and

Along with giving Americans unbound freedom, the
motor vehicle has brought with it, significant injury
and damage to individuals and property.

10. Christmas Eve Visitor
“Twas the night before Christmas when all through the
house, not a creature was stirring…”
That is the way the evening started.
However…
11. Either St Nicholas in his sleigh, or perhaps an
impaired driver, after leaving the neighborhood bar,
entered our client’s home. He drove through a fence
and traversed a driveway, before ultimately entering
our client’s kitchen through the exterior wall.
12. The concussion and sound from the impact woke our
sleeping homeowners. “When out on the lawn there

By the time they got outside to see what had

Our personnel quickly secured the property, including addressing
electrical and plumbing safety concerns. We then completed the
board up and site clean up, working into the early hours of the
morning.
16. We then began repairs, working with the insurance
adjuster and the homeowner on an agreed scope of
work.
18. A newly remodeled kitchen quickly replaced the
dated damaged kitchen. As it was a “Happy
Christmas to all…”, adding another satisfied
Integrated Restoration customer, perhaps the visitor
was St Nick?
