Along with the dramatic changes in infrastructure;
the dynamics of employment, social interaction, and
commerce have all changed with the automobile.
Along with giving Americans unbound freedom, the
motor vehicle has brought with it, significant injury
and damage to individuals and property.
Integrated Restoration’s Disaster Repair First
Responder Team is at your disposal 24 hours a day to
respond to any such vehicle impact related property
damage. Our goal, as always, is to create another

2. After Hours Getaway Car Impacts Storefront
Loss scenarios range from our FIRST RESPONDER
TEAM arriving while the police are still processing
the “getaway car” crime scene.

3. We arrived on site with the necessary material,
independent power and lighting . Integrated
Restoration’s FIRST RESPONDER TEAM
constructed a temporary security wall including an
egress / access door to the adjacent condominium
complex.

4. We then completed the repairs to the masonry and
storefront.

5. Vehicle Impact to Garage
Other repair scenarios may be as mundane as
repairing a racked garage that was damaged by a
minor vehicular accident. We align the structure,
stabilize with key locks in the corners and complete
the required repairs.

7. We surveyed the loss and agreed on a scope of repair
with the property owner and insurance adjuster.

8. We quickly performed repairs in a manner as to
cause the least inconvenience to the vendor.

9. As a change order, at the customer’s request, we changed
to a vertical tongue and groove siding stained natural. The
client was pleased with the more modern, clean look. We
now have another satisfied Integrated Restoration
customer.

10. Christmas Eve Visitor
“Twas the night before Christmas when all through the
house, not a creature was stirring…”
That is the way the evening started.
However…

11. Either St Nicholas in his sleigh, or perhaps an
impaired driver, after leaving the neighborhood bar,
entered our client’s home. He drove through a fence
and traversed a driveway, before ultimately entering
our client’s kitchen through the exterior wall.

12. The concussion and sound from the impact woke our
sleeping homeowners. “When out on the lawn there
arose such a clatter…”
By the time they got outside to see what had
occurred, “With a little old driver, so lively and quick
…” the visitor was gone.

13. After surveying the damages wrought by the visitor,
the “It must be St Nick” was seriously in question.

14. Aware of the degree of damage, the late hour, and the
holiday, our homeowner’s were hoping to get
someone to respond the following day. Upon
contacting their insurance company, the
homeowners were instructed to call Integrated
Restoration.

15. They were pleasantly surprised , “When, what to my wondering
eyes should appear…” but the Integrated Restoration DISASTER
REPAIR FIRST RESPONDER TEAM.
Our personnel quickly secured the property, including addressing
electrical and plumbing safety concerns. We then completed the
board up and site clean up, working into the early hours of the
morning.

16. We then began repairs, working with the insurance
adjuster and the homeowner on an agreed scope of
work.

17. Exterior repairs were completed.

18. A newly remodeled kitchen quickly replaced the
dated damaged kitchen. As it was a “Happy
Christmas to all…”, adding another satisfied
Integrated Restoration customer, perhaps the visitor
was St Nick?
