be in the draw make sure your family sends an e-mail to let

On Wed. we will be participating in our Winter Walk Day.
Please come to school dressed for our Winter Walk. It will
take place directly after the 9:15 morning bell. We will not
come in first to bundle up. That is why you must come to
school fully dressed to walk in snowy winter weather.
The winner this week for the golden lightbulb is Mrs
Kernen’s grade ⅔ class.

At the age of 12, a young Canadian boy from
Vancouver invented a roof tile that turns the
impact of raindrops and even wind into
usable electricity.
Raymond Wang is now 18 and is working on
a rooftop that can provide up to 50 per cent
of an average household’s electricity needs.

Please remember that this Thursday is Sweater Day. Wear
an interesting sweater. Your class will vote on which
sweater is the most interesting and then the winner will
represent their class in a sweater off for the school.
We are collecting clothes for a clothing drive and would
love for everyone to bring in at least one item of clothing
that you no longer wear.
