The Governor is hereby pleased to specifically empowered the authorities mentioned in the corresponding columns as
appended here under as 'Reporting', 'Reviewing' and 'Accepting 'Officer respectively in respect of the WBGS, WBGS
(P/PH) and other Gr. A Officers for Directorate of Technical Education & Training and Directorate of Industrial Training
regarding online submission of Self Appraisal Report (SARs) as has been introduced by as per ACS, Finance Department's
Letter Vide No.FS-57/2018 dated 04/06/2018 read with F.D's Memo No.2861-F(Y) dated 06/05/2018 and 2748-F(P2) dated
27/04/2018 for the purpose of confirmation, non-functional promotion, promotion etc. as the case may be with effect from the
date of issuance of the notification.

The Governor is further pleased to direct that the current incumbent in particular post shall be authorised to write
SARs on the basis of available records which his / her predecessor(s) has / have not retained and left the Department on
transfer or retirement on superannuation and / or not being available for reporting / reviewing and accepting SARs in the
present place within a reasonable time as per the extant provisions as stated above. Necessary entry / entries in HRMS (SAR
Module) will have to be made accordingly.
This notification isssues with the approval of the competent authority.
