Established in the year 1988, Rajesh Electric Works, is a professionally managed firm
engaged in offering Repairing and Rewinding Services for Industrial Electric Motors.
such as Power Generators and Alternators, Welding Generators/ Welding Machines,
Magnetic Chucks, Magnetic Separator Coils, Power Transformers, Industrial Coils,
Magnetizer and Demagnetizer Coil and HT/LT Motors, Induction Motor, Servo Motors,
DC Motors and Spindle Motors. Our infrastructure unit is based at Nashik-Satpur Industrial
area and we have expanded our business operations by establishing one more unit at MIDC
Industrial Area Malegaon (Sinnar). These units help us in managing our business activities
efficiently as well as make it easy for our clients to reach us with us convenience.
As a leading service provider in the engineering sector, we also undertake rewinding services
for Converting Low Speed Rpm Motor into High Speed Rpm, Converting High Speed Rpm
Motor into Low Speed Rpm, Increasing & Decreasing Horse Power of the Motor and
Converting 1 Phase Motor In To 3 Phase Volts and all type of custom built coils, repairs of
faulty alumina and copper Rotor Bus Bars of Induction Motor. At our units, we make use of
high-end machines, such as Friction Drive Coil Winding Machine, Transformer Winding
Machine, Manual winding machine, Armature winding machine , Dynamically Balancing
Machine & Hot Sticking with Spot Welding Machine. These machines are operated by our
experts including mechanical and electrical engineers who have wide experience in the
electrical and electronic engineering sphere.
Rewinding of motors include use of insulation material, thus we use quality B, F, H Class
Enamelled Round Copper Conductors that is procured from Bharat Insulation Company/
Shramik Wires and DFGC Round Pearl Insulation.
