We use mono crystalline silicon panel for our power production since the
efficiency of the panel is greater Than the rest of three types

8. The power production from the solar will be 100% utilized
The PCU work on the basis of battery voltage
The mode of operation can be selected into two ways:
SMB –(solar- mains(GRID)- battery) will be prefered for output
SBM –(solar- battery- mains(GRID)) will be prefered for output
The battery does not get deep discharge
If a thousand watt peak panel installed a production of
5000 to5500 watts will be there in a average sunny day
(6.00 A.M to 6.00 P.M)

9. A 12volt 600AH capacity should be installed for 1 day autonomy
C-10 rated 150AH tall tubular battery 4 numbers
Which enhances the charging capacity and DOD

10. Now a days due to the over power shortage and shut down the invertors Are not
capable for charging the batteries for the usage since we can use solar panel for
charging The batteries the schematics shown

12. The solar panel connected to the charge controller to the battery
Here the power produced from the solar will charge the battery , the inverter.
also charge the batteries when grid supply is their
The charge controller controls the battery from over charging through the solar
power

13. Since existing battery was used if the full charging of a battery take 20hrs
But solar batteries attains the same level in 10hrs charge.
The solar power produce will not be utilized when the battery charge
from main supply since inverter battery current will be more than the solar
Current. there will be no reduction in EB bill
Government subsidy will be 20% since it will be treated as with out battery
