Pepsico measure their skills based on organization knowledge, job challenges, competencies and
executive derailers. Pepsico give training and derailers. It gives training and learning to their
candidates assigned to a mentor like university executive education program. The candidates are
receives training, coaching etc.
Strengths of Pepsico:

2. Its revenue of about $27 billion
3. Itsa international organization

5. High brand loyality

7. They have competency employees
8. Each and every qualified candidates create a career development portfolio.
Weakness of Pepsico:
1. Pepsico get little return on this investment of executive time
2. It cannot change their strategy properly based on new changes
3. Pepsico not set the right person for the right post
Suggestions for increasing its effectiveness:
Although pepsico is a world famous company, they have so many lackings about their activities.
They should invest the money where they get maximum benefit. For changing the environment,
pepsico should change their activities related to new technology. Under the new system, pepsico
should replacement their employees into the suitable places or positions.
All above suggestions, pepsico can increase its effectiveness and increase their productivity.
