It produces over 20 million pounds of products annually in a variety of sizes for multiple customers.

With over 25 years’ experience, Arcobasso is the partner that food service professionals,
distributors, retailers, convenience store operators, and restaurant/bar owners can count on.

3. Our History
It all started with the idea to bottle and sell a popular St. Louis
restaurant’s house dressing. Arcobasso’s Italian Restaurant had
a unique creamy Italian dressing that had long been a favorite
to many in the St. Louis area. Offering customers the ability to
purchase their favorite dressing in local stores was a home run.
Soon the idea caught on and other local restaurants began
showing interest in bottling their very own famous house
dressings. Many of these recipes were passed down through
the generations so the importance of meeting exacting
specifications became the foundation on which Arcobasso
Foods’ Manufacturing Company was built. In 1987 Arcobasso
Foods established its facility in downtown St. Louis and began
bottling many of the local favorites that are still available for
sale today.
Since its humble beginnings Arcobasso Foods has branched out
from a local bottler to a food manufacturing company with the
ability to meet the demand of high volume national accounts. A
great emphasis on efficiency and swift speed-to-market
capabilities has made Arcobasso Foods a trusted partner in the
food industry.
