Due to an uncertain global market and a large sitting inventory at our factory in
China, ISOPOD HK Inc. is making this special offer to construction, engineering
and contracting companies, for their onsite structural needs. The standard 160
square foot ISOPOD® onsite office module is now being offered at $5,285 USD
($33USD per sq.ft.). This pricing includes electrical, lighting, heat, steel/pvc security
windows with roll down shutters (steel), steel security door, all steel R25 insulated
structure and internet/telephone connections. All ISOPOD® modules are rated for
an 8 mag. earthquake, 175 kph winds, minimum 1 hour fire and are not subject to
either pests or mould. These modules can be disassembled quickly & easily when
not in use and transported/stored (stacked) at a 4:1 ratio or 320 sq.ft. footprint per
1280 sq. ft. of structure. Modules are interchangeable and options include air
conditioning, toilets, furnishings, shelving, solar assisted power and fitted generators.
Standard pricing for these units is $8,350 and this offer is only valid for 45 days, in
order to reduce inventory. Delivery is subject to shipping, but should be no longer
