programs by developing content for students with specialized needs.
ii. Librarians must capable to help students getting better
steps by steps able proficient to use relevant open access
scholarly resources and adhere to the discipline’s.
5) CONCLUSION
i. Librarians must sustainable having great ideas to provide interesting
content to encourage students able graduate on time.

INSTITUTIONS SUCCESSFULLY GRADUATE ON TIME
Graduate on time is an issue raised among university
students, especially for those who are underprivileged
and struggle in terms of mental health problems and
the inadequacy of gadgets to do academic tasks
ii. Librarians must be sensitive to the needs of students not only
outwardly but spiritually and able to help in developing good
mental health among students so that they would be able to
complete academic tasks with excellence.
