1 tsp coriander seeds
1 tsp salt
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp garam masala powder

1. Heat the oil in a karahi or a deep frying pan on medium heat. Add cumin and coriander
seeds and stir for 30 seconds.
2. Add onions and fry until golden brown.
3. Add ginger and garlic paste and fry for another 1-2 minutes.
4. Add tomatoes and green chilies, and fry until the oil separates from the mixture.
5. Add chicken and fry for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
6. Add salt, red chili powder, and turmeric powder. Mix well and fry for another 5 minutes.
