 1 kg chicken, cut into small pieces
 4-5 tbsp cooking oil
 2 onions, finely chopped
 2 tomatoes, finely chopped
 3-4 green chilies, sliced
 1 tbsp ginger paste
 1 tbsp garlic paste
 1 tsp cumin seeds
 1 tsp coriander seeds
 1 tsp salt
 1 tsp red chili powder
 1 tsp turmeric powder
 1 tsp garam masala powder
 Fresh coriander leaves, chopped
Instructions:
1. Heat the oil in a karahi or a deep frying pan on medium heat. Add cumin and coriander
seeds and stir for 30 seconds.
2. Add onions and fry until golden brown.
3. Add ginger and garlic paste and fry for another 1-2 minutes.
4. Add tomatoes and green chilies, and fry until the oil separates from the mixture.
