11. 1) Training Grant (Requirements)
•Training program must cater to at least 50% of local employees attaining at least 1 SOA.
•Commit at least 30% of proposed company training hours to WSQ courses.
•Adopt WSQ Qualifications as part of training development and recruitment.

15. 1) Training Grant (Disbursement)
1st Stage
Upon achieving 30% of total training hours approved in Form A and submission of Form B. The amount to be disbursed is based on actual non-WSQ training (not funded through SCN) completed.
2nd Stage
Upon achieving 60% of total training hours approved in Form A and submission of Form B. The amount to be disbursed is based on actual non-WSQ training (not funded through SCN) completed.
3rd Stage
Upon completion of bundled training plan and submission of Form C and Form D. The amount to be disbursed is based on actual non-WSQ training (not funded through SCN) completed. The final tranche should be pro-rated based on the actual WSQ hours trained and hence the eligible non- WSQ hours, capped at the agreed funding amount.

20. 4) HR Development Grant (Requirements)
•1 year timeframe to achieve at least one of the following outcomes:
i.Develop system to administer and monitor holistic training plan
ii.Integrate WSQ into training plan and HR policy framework
iii.Enhance existing or acquire/develop new system that helps to support adoption of WSQ
iv.Develop career progression pathway tied to training roadmaps with WSQ components

21. 4) HR Development Grant (Details)
•70% funding of invoiced costs,including $5,000 sub-cap on company’s manpower cost incurred and overall cap of $50,000
*Higher overall cap of $60,000 if career progression pathway is tied to training roadmap consisting of WSQ components.
**Includes both manpower and consultancy costs.
