This document describes a 6-week, 300-hour digital literacy and soft skills preparation course called "Fueling The 4th Industrial Revolution". No prior experience is required. The training plan involves daily lectures, group projects, and guest speakers. Upon completion, students can enter full-stack software engineering, cybersecurity, or other career accelerator programs.

6 Weeks | 36 Days | Saturday – Thursday | 8 AM–5 PM Daily
AM Warm Up (1 hr.) – Toy problem / brain teaser / mental challenge
Sprint Kick-Off Lecture – Introduction to daily sprint
Hacking – Work with partner(s) to solve complex challenges. Leverage off
each others brain to do something neither of you could do alone.
Lunch Break (45 min.)
Learn – Daily lecture on new concepts and code challenge solutions
Hacking – Each lesson builds on the previous lesson. Projects become
progressively more complex. Build project management skills,
communication abilities and coding best practices
Events / More Hacking – Guest speakers, social nights, physical activity
breaks, mindfulness practice and special events
