Welcome to ICT 761 – Elicitation & Collaboration!
Over the next 10 weeks we’ll be exploring the foundations
approaches, tools, and techniques for eliciting requirements and
collaborating with stakeholders during a project.
We’ll be referencing the PMI-BA Practitioners Guide and the
BABOK v3; however, they are not required resources for our time
together.

Have been consulting for most of my career beginning in human resources and
moving through finance, project accounting, asset management, and information
technology.
Currently Senior Director, Digital Business Transformation for a North American
consulting firm.
Certified Business Analysis Professional and Certified Management Consultant.
Assisted in the writing of the updated exams for BABOK v3 and the new
credentials for IIBA.

many adventures over my career and enjoy sharing them. I
also enjoy learning from everyone with us today.
An environment of collaboration is key to sharing experiences
and making our time together fun. I do what I can to make
