Firstimpressionsare everything. Rightfrom
Day1we made eachmember feel like they
were part ofour family. We had1:1training
sessionseverydayfor the firstweekand job
shadowingwith different membersofthe team
for the first month. We even provided a nice
welcome binder with personal messagesand
tipsfrom the team to help our member hit the
groundrunning.
Quarterlyeventsorganized by eachmember of
the team (i.e. golfing, karaoke, curling).
We had eachother’s back. Noman leftbehind,
no finger pointing.
