Fresno Economic Opportunities Commission Health Services' mission is to empower low-income families and individuals through resources and counseling to achieve self-sufficiency. It serves low-income and minority populations in Southeast and West Fresno through services like prenatal care, medical exams, STD/HIV testing, family planning, and case management. The clinic actively partners with other organizations and is led by a CEO, program director, medical director, and counselors/educators to provide culturally competent care to the community.

available resources and empower the low-income
families, and individuals with no motivation to selfsufficiency.
The goal is to provide counseling to treatment, health
care and prenatal nutrition education to patients.

The geographic community served is low income South East and
West Fresno.
The annual income level for a family of four is $12,000 a year, the
majority of the population with in this area is Hispanic and African
American.
Most patients walk to the clinic, since clinic is located in downtown
Fresno.
F.E.O.C Health Services is actively involve within the community
through Health Fairs, Toys for Tots, and educating patients about
STD’s and treatments.
F.E.O.C Health Services is involved with many other agency's
such as WIC, Sanctuary Youth Shelter, Transitional Living Center,
Teen Connection, Early Head Start, ETC….

Angelica Jimenez, Julio Romero, and Cuahtemoc Lopez
(Counselors/Health Educators, Brisa Montoya (Counselor

The top management positions would be the Program
