Logical
Thinking

Problem
Solving Skills
•How much hard do you accept the Failure?Perseverance
•Do you start a 5 year-long project having no money in you pocket?

8. Product Design
Principles
■ Principle I
– People do not want a simpler application; They
want an application using it they feel more
comfortable.
■ Principle II
– People extremely feel comfortable when they can
guess what it comes next (intuitively)
■ Principle III
– An ultimately ideal user-experience comes when a
user does his own works without computer but as
fast as he could do them with computer.
9. We work in
a Team|not in a
Group
■ When we are in a group
– We need to work together peacefully
– We have similar goal/probably values
– Mostly the goal is determined by
ourselves.
– A leader is not required, necessarily.
■ When we are in a team
– We do need a plan
– Each member has a specific goal and only
is responsible for that, but anything else.
– We are not working together; the results of
our work will work with each other.
– We are committed people selected based
on our skills, not our
values/cultures/favorites
– we do need a leader
■ Who knows all the skills used in the project
(read it skills orchestra)
■ Well informed about the members as well
as the plan
■ A good learner (from team)
■ A good teacher (for team)
