Recent achievements with past employers include the implementation of new marketing techniques through social
media, the creation and organisation of an events committee, along with becoming Vice President of Indiana
University’s Anthropology club.

Achievements and responsibilities: Contracted 7 hours per week. Responsible for maintaining and
overseeing the security and upkeep of the park grounds, its historical house and its guests. Scheduling of
sports teams for pitch hire, handling payments and inquiries from sports teams, trainers, etc. Answering guests
questions about the property and showing the historical house to various visitors.
Receptionist to Administrative Assistant to CEO, Code Red Safety, Indiana

Achievements and responsibilities: Answered phones, transferred calls to relevant party, answered caller’s
questions, worked multi switchboard, sent and received mail, managed client walk-ins, filing, every day office
tasks. Administrative Assistant tasks changed to staff scheduling, travel arrangements for employees, safety
power points, billing, timesheets, payroll, purchasing, customer service, collections to accounts payable,
contracts, prequalification’s, sales commissions, Twitter account manager and OSHA 300 management and

Achievements and responsibilities: Trained and paid to sort, count, wash, weigh, describe and record the
artefacts found at excavation sites. Field walking and surveying, soil sample flotation, metal detecting and the
handling and transporting of privately owned collections to and from owner’s homes to donation sites.
