The State of Nevada, Department of Business and Industry, Division of Insurance (“Division”)
has received your public records request (“Request”) for all records of complaints relating to the
Senior Health Insurance Company of Pennsylvania for the past 5 years including (i) the number
of complaints filed by year and (ii) to the extent possible, details of the complaints.
The Division has reviewed its records for documents responsive to your request pursuant to
Nevada Revised Statues (“NRS”) section 239.0107, in the above-referenced matter. Please find
