It includes responsibilities for transformers, switchgears, drives, UPS systems, bus ducts, motors, compressors, boilers, chillers, coolers, PLC control systems, and various instrumentation like pressure gauges, transmitters, and valves.

PROJECT RESPONSIBILITY
1. PROJECT RESPONSIBILITY:
Engineering, Procurement, testing, erection & commissioning works of
all Electrical equipments, instruments and automation system of
UTILITIES auxiliaries equipments in Plant area during project work .
Electrical Equipment & Switchgears.
a) 20/25 MVA, 33 KV/ 6.6 KV Power Distribution Transformers (7Nos
KEC Make).
b) 33 KV CICO Panel (5 Nos. SIEMENS Make).
c) 2.5 MVA & 2 MVA, 1 MVA 6.6 KV/ 433 V Distribution
Transformer (46 Nos. KEC & Voltamp Make)
d) 6.6 KV HT Switchgear Boards (97 & 51 panels in each board) of
LBSS2,3 & 4.
e) 2 x 6.6 KV, 400A H.T OFF Load breaks Isolator.
f) 68 Nos. L.T PMCC, PCC, MCC, PDB of various plants of Utilities.
g) Up to 200 KW LT VVF Drives (ABB, L&T Make) & Soft Starters
(L & T make) for pumps & fans application motors.
h) 10 KVA, 6 KVA, 3 KVA UPS system.
i) Substation Battery Charger Panel 100 A rated capacities suitable for
650 AH battery with one hrs backup (Float cum Boost Charger),
110V DC, 650AH Battery Bank.
j) 5 x 3000 A, 6.6 KV rated H.T Bus duct.
k) 35 x 4000 A & 2 x 3200A, 415 V rated L.T Bus duct.
1. Utility Pump House (14 Nos.)
a) 210 KW to 850 KW, 6.6 KV rated H.T Motors of water supply
Pumps of Utilities Pump House (91 Nos.).
b) Up to 200 KW, 415 V rated LT Motors of Pumps, blowers & cooling
tower fans.
c) Motor Operated Electric Valves for water circulation system.
d) EOT & Gantry cranes for various pump houses.
2. Centralize Air Compressor Station.
a) 6000, 10000, 12000 M3/ hr flow capacity Air compressor (18 Nos.
Atlas Copco make Centrifugal type Compressor ZH 4500, ZH 7000,
ZH 10000, ZH 12000).
b) HOC Air Dryer, Refrigerant type & heat less air dryer (7 Nos.)
2. 3. Boiler.
a) 25 TPH, 16.5 Kg/ cm2 pressure capacity, Corex & Tail Gas fire
water tube boiler, plc based control system.
4. Corex Gas Holder having 60000 M3 capacity (30 meter dia, 60 meter
height), fully automation in safety control.
5. Corex Gas Booster Station 5 x 22000 M3/ hr capacity fully
automation control.
6. Chiller: 2 x Centri Chiller, 4 x Vam Chiller
7. 2 x 28 nos. Fin Fan Coolers for furnace return water cooling system.
8. Automation & Control System.
a) 5 nos. Allen Bradley makes PLC control system for centralized
operation of all utility Pump houses & Gas Booster Station. Each
system having 2000 I/Os.
b) 3 nos. Siemens make PLC system for Boiler house and Corex Gas
Holder System.
c) Energy Management SCADA system for Monitoring of Gas, water,
Energy & compressed air consumption. I fix system having 2250
Tag.
9. Instrumentation.
a) Pressure Gauges, Level Gauges & Switches.
b) Pressure transmitter, Differential pressure transmitter, Level
transmitter, Flow (Ultra Sonic, Magnetic, Orifice & vertex type),
Temperature Transmitter for water, Gas & Air media.
c) Temprature Scanners.
