3. PRELUDE
• The Department of management studies, under the Faculty of Business Studies of
Rajshahi University, offers the most affordable Evening MBA Program designed for

4. BEGINNING OF MY EMBA JOURNEY
• At the end of the year 2021, Covid-19 pandemic spread out all over
Bangladesh. At that time I have huge leisure time in my hand because on
that time most of the govt. or non govt. office reduce their working hour .
Then I felt that I need some extra skills and have an extra degree for my
near future promotion. In that sense I decided myself to got admitted
into EMBA program in Management Studies at Rajshahi University
5. THE PROGRAM WILL HELP TO DEVELOP
• The business oriented intellectual and behavioral competencies
• A foundation for future career development
• Decision making skills and awareness as well of the ethical considerations in
the conduct of business
• Leadership skills
• Ability to analyze dynamic global business environment
6. DURING MY EMBA JOURNEY
During this program I learn many new things like fundamental of
management , fundamental of finance , marketing , accounting,
international business, human resource management, supply chain
management, staffing organization, staffing organization and so on.
Among these subjects Quantitative Methods for Business is very hard to
me .
For continuing this program I gather many managerial things . Now feel
more confident than before that I can handle any kind of managerial work
more better way than other employees .
7. AT THE END OF MY EMBA PROGRAM
• At the end of my EMBA program I specially thank all of my course
teacher whose are directly or indirectly help me to continuing my EMBA
journey . I also thank of my all classmates
