Gymnasium”. At the top floor,
the early baroque building has
accommodated the impressive
hall of the Jesuit theatre from

During the 18th century the “Wiener Zeitung”– the oldest daily newspaper in the world
– had its editorial department on these highly traditional premises, and also the Austrian
State Printing House had its home there. After the complete renovation of the building
(2003 – 2006), the historic premises with their pillars, arches and vaulted ceilings have
retained their natural atmosphere, while intensifying the dialogue with the present.

Dona catering is established in 2015 to cater travelers of Fadak trains. This
company is a joint venture of Arzesh Afarinan Fadak Corporation and Donhaus-
er Group. Donhauser Group is an Austrian catering company that is one of the
prominent caterings in European railways. This JV company is mainly located in
Tehran railway station in a 3000 m2 space for a daily meal production of 40.000
meals. The Catering building was equipped according international standards
and its modern view from outside gives a new look to the whole area of Tehran
train station.. Using the capabilities of Austrian partner in operational manage-
ment supply chain management, information systems management, serving and
other catering processes, made it conceivable to develop the catering markets.

DoNA Catering is characterized by exploitation of traditional Iranian cuisine and Austrian
cuisine art. Both traditions are rooted in ancient history and have their own characteristics.
Iranian cuisine is one of the most persistent elements of cultural heritage and continuous
to exist as a valuable social tradition. In Iranian cuisine plant material such as plumb, pome-
granate, quince, barberry and raisin have a special position. A typical Iranian dish consists
mainly of rice and meats like lamb, chicken or fish with vegetables like onion, parsley and
various tubers. Flavoring foods by aromatic spices, like saffron, cinnamon and dried limes
give the food such delectability that cannot competed. Austrian cuisine on the other hand,
goes back to the Roman Empire Era. Viennese cuisine is not only delicious but also nourish-
ing. Austrian dish consists mainly of meat and ifyou are not vegetarian, you should tasteVi-

Snack boxes are among the edibles provided by DoNA Catering. Snacks are in-
cluded in breakfasts or evening meals, like natural cold/warm drinks, cakes, muf-
fins, desserts and various salads and nuts along with cutlery sets prepared in
DoNA kitchen. DoNA has a separate section for preparing and packaging snack
boxes in unlimited numbers. Snack boxed could also be served in conferences,
