TTS Solutions was established in 2013 by Jaco Myburgh and Hennie Harding to provide 3D laser scanning and modeling services. They have over 10 years of experience in 3D scanning, CAD modeling, and working with scanning software. TTS Solutions uses the latest 3D laser scanning technology to create highly accurate 3D point clouds and models of structures and components. They provide services including 3D laser scanning, as-built modeling, deformation analysis, and new engineering and architectural designs.

TTS Solutions (Scanning Services) was established by Jaco Myburgh and Hennie Harding.
With more than 10 year’s experience TTS Solutions (Scanning Services) is qualified to provide outstanding and
well-informed solutions to the industry.
TTS Solutions (Scanning Services) compromises of key personnel that have extensive experience in all aspects of
3D Laser Scanning, 2D & 3D Cad Modelling and extensive experience with software application for use
with 3D Laser Scanning Techniques.
Based in Pretoria, we undertake scanning & modelling services throughout South Africa and neighbouring
countries across a wide range in industry sectors and are well placed to service your project requirements.
TTS Solutions (Scanning Services) provide a comprehensive data capture service using the latest 3D Laser
Scanning technology to carry out point cloud surveys.
This allows us to virtually map everything from large scale models to very small industrial components.
When an item or site is scanned, a very accurate 3D data set known as a point cloud is generated.

• Using various software tools, the point cloud data is converted into the desired deliverable format.

for any type of structure. We have well-rounded professional staff for creating As Built Models &
Plans for any kind of building.
• We create accurate As-Built Models & Plans affordably & very quickly thus giving our clients the
critical input they need to make their project more predictable, efficient and profitable.

• New Architectural & Engineering Design:
• Once we have completed the As-Built Model or Drawings we can then design your new
Architectural Designs or Engineering Designs.
• Concept Drawings or Final Construction Drawings will also be done.
• Forensic Engineering Services:
• We can conduct non-destructive testing (NDT) investigations on reinforced concrete and the
repair and retrofit of concrete structures.
• We determine the cause and responsibility, we identify the nature and extent of damage or loss
and provide a full range of forensic engineering investigation and recovery solutions.
• Shape Survey & Surface Deformation Analysis can be done on any kind of structure.

5. What is 3D Laser Scanning
• Laser Scanning captures spatial data by the use of Laser Light.
• The Shape, Position, and spatial locations of objects are recorded by millions of points.
• Each point will have the following information:
• Latitude Co-ordinate
• Longitude Co-ordinate
• Elevation Co-ordinate
• The Laser Scanner is able to scan any
structure within its field of view and create
a complete data set in the form of a
3D Point Cloud made up of millions of
points of data.
