 Eurostar – UK based IMS support project.
Project involves supporting Infrastructure Services for Eurostar operations. Infrastructure
includes Email Services, IM service, System & Network Availability, Resource sharing,
handheld device/voice support.
Role & Responsibilities-
 Working as Wintel Team Leader for support operations of Eurostar Infrastructure
services.
 Maintaining and Managing Wintel team in respect to Team Management &
technical queries resolution.
 Managing 250 Servers state with mixed environment of VMware & Physical.
 Completed Migration of Active Directory 2003 & Exchange 2003 to Active
Directory 2012 & Exchange 2010.
 Supporting L2-L3 level support for maintaining & managing Infrastructure
Environment related to MS Product (Windows Active Directory, Exchange, Lync,
Direct Access, RDS Servers, File Servers, Okta Support).
 Monitoring the complete Infrastructure support and patch the Servers on OS
