different facilities. Those facilities include:
Prairie Lakes Outpatient, Jenkins Living
Center, Big Stone Therapies, Physical
Therapy Specialists, Opportunities for
Independence.

6. Ranging from fractures and lower back
pain to complex spinal cord and brain
injuries. With the main goal being to help
people decrease pain and increase
function. You also teach patients home
therapy techniques so they can continue
their rehabilitation independently in a
comfortable environment.

conditioning)

11. All physical therapy exams are private.
Loose-fitting, comfortable clothing is
recommended. You may want to wear
or bring shorts if they are treating an
ankle or knee.

chiropractor, physicians, or a PA and
should include:

Treatment/therapy being ordered
Physician's signature
