2. The Streatham Festival of the arts is back with a new October slot, showcasing Streathamâs vibrant arts scene. Thereâs live music, drama,
dance, comedy, workshops, art, and poetry to enjoy in a wide range of venues all over Streatham. Have a look at this guide and plan your
festival - most events are FREE or inexpensive to attend.
Streatfest18 starts off in style with a Ceilidh at the Streatham Space Project on Friday 5th October. On Saturday 6th October, do the
Streatham Strut â our annual free live gigs binge! See 10 different bands in 10 venues starting at 1pm and finishing at 10pm at The Earl
Ferrers. Use the pull-out Strut map in the centre of this guide for details of the venues, artists and bands involved, and if you get to all 10 you
can enter a prize draw.
Art23, Streathamâs art trail, returns with 20 diverse Streatham venues displaying work by 40 local artists and 10 local poets.

repertoire includes music from Ed Sheeran, Jess Glynne and Justin Timberlake. They frequently perform at events
including Camdenâs Roundhouse, The Royal Festival Hall, Jamie Oliverâs restaurants, The Southbank and Trafalgar
Square. The choir has also performed with Ellie Goulding and Leona Lewis.

He's a talented self-taught singer, songwriter and producer who
started busking on the streets of London in August 2015. Ashley Abigo

Blink-182 and Say Anything, BIlly has created a blend of acoustic with
American Indie that bursts with passion and energy. His debut EP will be
released in November 2018.
Blodyn Bach are a three-piece blues-rock band based in South London
who play a muddy style of blues using traditionally made hand-builtwho play a muddy style of blues using traditionally made hand-built
cigar-box guitars. Formed at the end of the summer in 2014,
Blodyn Bach are currently juggling their time between gigs and
the studio.
