Matt B has taken over the minutes from this week on permanently.
Congratulations to Pete on good work from the entire group.
Everyone has completed photo essays and currently in the post-production
phase.
1.) Go over documentary ideas
Everyone has currently been focusing on getting their e-workbooks up and
running, so the ideas have been started to slip a little.
Decided that we need to balance this as well as getting the e-workbook up-to
date as accordance.
2.) Photo Journalism / Photo Essay
As said above all completed the production aspect everyone is in the phase of
editing photographs, uploading and deconstructing them as accordance.
Producer, Matt B set a deadline for the links to be e-mailed, after the meeting
Karin sent out an e-mail saying that producers do not need to e-mail Karin the
links.
Everyone clear on the deadline of this Friday for it all to be up and complete,
otherwise marks will be lost.
3 + 4.) Decide on a format and layout for website / Label all pages correctly
The group looked over the website and decided on the following format for all
pages across the website. Group members to then go away and update their
pages accordingly that evening and be uploaded and ready for 9/11/11. The
following decisions are:
Title and name (of person on main page):Courier, Huge, Green

2. Links on main page: Trebuchet, small, Green
Introduction paragraph on main page: Trebuchet, Small, Black
Title on ‘TABS’ pages: Courier, Green, Huge
All content: Arial, Black, Normal
Paris’s introduction page was updated and all other group members to adjust
their own pages accordingly. Matt B will update the group pages (e.g. index and
minutes page)
Any image or video that is taken from any external websites is to have a small
link underneath it or above it crediting the source
All back buttons are to be removed from allpages until a decision can be made at
a later date with regards to the design.
5.) Discuss ‘TABS” and content
We all looked over the guide on the Learning Network and discussed the
different pages and ensured we all fully understood what was expected of us.
New Media Application, Documentary Process and Technical Design where all
pages of confusion and Matt B sent an e-mail to Karin querying further, reply to
be forwarded to entire group (completed 8/11/11 pm)
6.) Deadlines
No deadline set. Only task other than e-workbook is to keep looking at ideas for
Documentary in prepetition for looking at starting the presentation in week 8 for
week 12.
