Downtown Port Said Port Said
Downtown Port Said Compound is a residential and
commercial complex that was built within the generosity of
the European city of Port Said. The units were overlooking a
wonderfully designed view of green squares or buildings that
do not enjoy all the view of green spaces and swimming
pools, which leads to immediate profit for people who are
searching. Commercial and entertainment facilities and a
social club were also established to serve the residents of the

24. The masterplan
The draft masterplan explains the vision for a new
neighbourhood at North Red Lodge and sets out
proposals and principles for land use, landscaping,
access and movement, urban design and sustainability.
The masterplan is the result of extensive work, including
consultation, technical and environmental studies, design
workshops and discussions with West Suffolk Council and
statutory consultees.

plans, which set out the proposed land uses, residential
density and building heights for the development, can
