1. SOPs for Gonduct of Examinations
during Govid-19
The following SOPs shall be enforced by the staff deputed on examination
duties:
1) Wearing of face cover and gloves is compulsory for candidates. Also for
those who will accompany the candidates for pick and drop, and for the
invigilator and supervisory staff, wearing of face masks is mandatory.
2) All examination centres shall have adequate arrangements for body
temperature screening and provide sanitizers at convenient places.
3) The examination staff shall ensure social distancing as per government
guidelines inside the examination halls. There shall be a distance of at-
least 2 meters between the candidates. Social distancing shall also be
ensured at the entry and exit points of examination centres.
4) For viva/practical examination, not more than 5 candidates shall be
allowed in the lab/ward at the same time.
5) The examination centres shall be sanitized before the start of each
examination. Frequent cleaning of common surfaces and mandatory
hand waslring shall be mandated for the examination staff.
