2. Since the Pakistan has come into being on, it has been surrounded by
countless educational problems. Regarding its educational point of
view, its problems are being faced even these days. The major
contributors in the creation of such problems are the people of our
own society, administration of our governmental institutuion , the
interference of political parties, different issues of our government
and the disparity or injustice among the students regarding provision
of education as well as their learnings.
Basic facilities play an important role for the establishment or
developement of any system. It is pity that they’re mostly ignored in
educational system of our country.Thus basic facilities chiefly
represent funds. Funds are required as a great necessity for all
governmental or private institutions but the government of Pakistan
has hardly allocated two percent ( 2% ) of funds for the fulfilment of
the basic necessities of its schools, colleges and universities and an
indequate funds which are provided for the construction,
maintanace or improvement of these institutions are being
plundered by the departmental heads of education departments of
our country.
The administration of our school and colleges is very poor at all, no
one is ready to manage the check and balance of their educational
units. There is no one who abide by laws that are introduced by the
educational policies. Most of the educational officers who are
responsible to check the educational system of their institution out,
do not pay attention on them. Infact each and every individuals is
engaged in misusing their authorities illegally. Only because of any
monitoring, it is noticed almost in every small town or villages, that
are being converted into cattle folds, grain storage, hotels etc. Thats
because the children belonging these sorts of villages can’t get

3. education because their have become a personal property of
influential people.
The involvemnet of politics is also common everywhere especially in
the collges and universities of Sindh. These political paties take an
active part to catch the innocent students of universities in their act.
They suppress and offer something on their demands to the youth to
work for them. Infact, it is a quite dangerous situation to handle.
Most of the students who enter in political affairs during the period
of their studies, they start keeping away from their studies and from
the oppurtunities that may enhance their career. Sometimes that
violent situations or the behaviour involving physical force, hurt ,
damage are fluently exposed by media but even after watching
voilence or riots of the students, the government do not take any
action those students as well as against those parties that are
influencing the students to do so and engage them in such a useless
activities. Sometimes quarrels or political disputes go to such extent
