PROFESSIONAL OBJECTIVE
I am looking either - for a college and/or university teaching position in theology or religious studies, with
competencies in biblical studies, Christian/systematic theology, cultural studies, theology and film, and
world religions. The interdisciplinary context of college and the liberal arts encourages me in a vision of
higher education which in a global world searches for peace and justice through transforming learning.
Or – I am looking for a campus ministry position, most preferably in an ecumenical and/or multi-faith
context. I strongly believe in experiential ministry involving service learning, community projects, and
other experiences on and outside of campus. I see myself both in a ministry and teaching role in a college
or university context, sharing hopes and visions with a new and searching generation. Social issues are a
core in my ministry or teaching. Syllabi available upon request (biblical studies, theology, world religions).
